Why this exists

Every brand that sells to the trades shouts. Big back prints, crossed wrenches, a flag on the sleeve, a punchline about your wife and the thermostat.

You can wear it in the truck. You can't wear it to dinner.

So we made the other thing. A mark small enough that a stranger reads nothing and a pipefitter reads everything.

The name

What actually got built.

On every job there are two sets of drawings. The design drawings show what somebody in an office decided should happen. The as-builts show what actually happened once the wall was open, the slab was off by three quarters, and the duct had nowhere to go.

One is a wish. The other is a record. The trades are the distance between them.

Every piece here carries one word from that record — set small, set straight, no explanation printed anywhere on the garment. If somebody has to ask, that's the point.

ELEV. 0'-0"
The datum. Somebody drives a pin, calls it zero, and every measurement on the job is taken from it. It isn't sea level. It's just where you decided to start.
ROUGH-IN
Everything that goes in before the walls close. Inspected once, covered forever. The building stands on work nobody will ever look at again.

Minimum fall on a drain line. It only runs downhill because somebody set the grade.

Tolerance. Nothing is perfect. Everything has a limit on how wrong it's allowed to be.
Fit & spec

Cut for a body that works.

Tees are a relaxed, squared body — room through the chest and shoulders, straight through the waist, hitting at the belt. Not slim. Not a tent.

Everything runs S through 3XL. This is not a favour and it is not an afterthought; it is most of the reason the rest of this category doesn't fit you.

Garments are printed and shipped to order, so nothing gets made until somebody wants it and nothing sits in a box in a garage. Expect 2–5 business days to print and 3–5 days in transit within the US.
